中文摘要 | 本研究的主要目的是在探討原住民國小學校透過跨校教師學習共同 體的實踐來翻轉學生學習表現之研究,著重在跨校間的教師共同合作、對 話以及對學生學習成就之影響,研究方式主要偏向於資料分析。因此,為 了蒐集完整與正確的資料,研究者除了進行文件資料的收集方式之外,另 外從實際行動的操作收集有效資料,並以反思取向的哲學觀,進行質的研 究。 研究結果發現:一、大部分學生第二次的成績表現大致上都有明顯的 進步。二、學生普遍認為退步的原因關鍵在於沒有複習功課及學習專注力 不足。三、教師認為造成學生學習成績表現不佳的原因是學生不願意進行 強迫記憶的背誦學習,其次是本校學生識字力不足,造成語文閱讀理解力 差。 研究者提出幾點結論:一、教師本身應該對自己的教學進行自我反思。 二、翻轉教肓的理念是讓學生找回自己的學習權利。三、學習共同體是一 種「心法」,從教師心靈與價值信仰重構開始,弓丨發學生學習行為的轉變, 使學生對學習產生一種責任感與成就動機。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study is to investigate the aboriginal elementary school teacher improve students' learning performance through the implement of learning community by inter-institution teachers , focusing on inter-school teacher co-operation , dialogue on student learning and achievement. The research methods of this study is data analysis with reflection-oriented philosophy by qualitative research. The findings of the research are as follows :(i) Almost students got better performance and apparent improvement in second sectional examination than the first one. (ii) Students generally think the key reason of getting worse scores is lack of reviewing and attention to learning, (iii) Teachers think the reason resulting in students' poor academic performance is that they are not willing to recite learning and strictly memorize, followed by students' lack of literacy resulting in poorability of reading comprehension. The researcher’s recommends are as follows: (i) Teachers themselves should do teaching self-reflection. (ii)The idea of flipped education is to enable students to get back their right to learn. (iii)Learning community is a "mental skill", and begins from the teacher and spiritual belief system reconstruction, which triggering the change of students' learning behavior. It brings students a sense of responsibility and motivation of learning |
