中文摘要 | 安寧療護領域是個相當重要的議題,安寧療護教育訓練更是提供病人全人照護之必備課程。本研究旨在探討新進護理人員接受安寧療護教育訓練後,對末期病人照護知識、自我效能、態度及技能之變化。研究採前測及2 次後測之雙組類實驗設計,方便取樣,選取南部某醫學中心之新進護理人員,實驗組56 人,對照組46 人。實驗組接受安寧照護概念課程、安寧病房實地參訪及全人照護案例分析討論會介入;對照組未接受任何介入。採用自擬之結構式問卷來評量介入前後差異。研究結果發現新進護理人員於安寧療護之自我效能及行為顯著提升,然而知識及態度卻於後測2 降低,建議成立與生命教育相關的支持性團體,透過分享彼此生命故事等措施以增強持續性成效。 |
英文摘要 | Hospice care is a critical topic in nursing education and an essential course for nursing staff to receive holistic training. This study investigated changes in the end-of-life-patient care knowledge, self-efficacy, attitude, and skill of new nurses who have received training in hospice care. For this purpose, a two-group quasi-experimental design with a pretest and two posttests was adopted. A convenience sample of 102 new nurses was recruited form a medical center in southern Taiwan. The nurses were divided into an experimental group (n=56), and control group (n=46). As an intervention, the experimental group participated in a hospice care course, watched an introductory film on hospice ward environments, performed field visits, and discussed a case analysis on a holistic care; the control group did not receive any intervention. A self-developed questionnaire was used for the pretest and posttests to evaluate the difference in study parameters. The study results revealed that after the hospice care education training intervention, the new nurses exhibited a significant increase in self-efficacy and behavior, but a decline in end-of-life-patient care knowledge and attitude. The findings indicate that establishing life education-related support groups and encouraging nurses to share their life stories can strengthen the effectiveness of the intervention. |
