中文摘要 | 本文探討磨床砂輪頭平衡盤作為校正質量平衡時的實際問題,以三種方式測量旋轉轉子振動之時間信號中,僅量相角、僅量振幅及量測旋振向量來做動平衡校正的計算,然後在動平衡校正平面上選擇使用兩點質塊或三點質塊動平衡兩種之一來做校正。文中介紹軟式動平衡原理、訊號擷取、訊號監測及訊號處理方法,以NI 美商國家儀器的LabVIEW 軟體建立軟式平衡機的人機介面,並介紹傳統三點式動平衡方法與兩點式動平衡之比較。 |
英文摘要 | This paper discusses as the practical cases of the mass balancing correction of grinding wheel head balance disc. We applies only one at a time among three ways of measuring phase angle, vibration amplitude and spin vector to establish the calculation equation of balancing correction. And then choose one way between three-point balancing and two-point balancing methods to achieve the correction on the mass balancing plane. In this paper, the theory of soft balancing correction, signal acquisition, signal monitoring and signal processing methods all will be described in detail. We used the LabVIEW software of American National Instruments Ltd. to establish soft balancing human-machine interfaces, and the comparison between traditional three-point and two-point balancing methods is introduced, too. |
