中文摘要 | 智慧電視被認為是家庭數位化發展中最重要的產品之一,目前相關介面可用性評估仍缺乏研究驗證。本研究目的:(1)探索智慧電視使用者介面操作時間與任務複雜度、年齡及拓蹼結構等因素之相關性;(2)歸納智慧電視使用者介面影響因子之研究成果並提出建議。本研究採223三因子混合設計,其中年齡(2類:高齡者與年輕族群)及介面架構(2類:線性式與混合式介面)為受試者間因子,任務複雜度 (3類:初級、中級與高級)則為受試者內因子,輔以SUS問卷比對使用者介面主觀評量意見。受測樣樣本總共72人,依年齡因子立意隨機取樣:年輕族群48人,高齡者24人。研究結果顯示:(1) 年齡、拓蹼結構與任務複雜度三因子間的交互作用,主要出現在高齡者與線性式拓蹼結構條件下,此時初級與中級任務間顯著差異即被消除。(2) 高齡者與年輕族群兩種受測者,在使用不同結構之介面時,操作時間具顯著差異。(3)不同難度任務操作情形下,混合式介面測試結果明顯優於線性式。本研究對於涉及年齡、拓蹼結構與任務複雜度等介面開發研究具參考價值。 |
英文摘要 | The development of Smart TV creates better quality of life. However, only few previous studies provided the experimental results or suggestions on the usability and satisfaction of the interface designs. There were two research purposes: (1) to explore the correlation among task complexity, age, and topological interfaces of smart TV user interface; (2) to summarize research result and provide suggestion. In this study, a three-mixed-factor experimental design (223) was adopted. Between-subjects factors are age (seniors and younger), topological structure (linear and mixed interfaces), and within subject factor is the task complexity (3levels: easy, middle and hard). SUS questionnaire was adopted to collect subjective opinions of the interfaces. There were 72 participants, selected by intended-random method depending on sex (36male and 36 female), and age (24 senior and 48 young) factors. The results are:(1) A three-way interactive effect among age, topology and task complexity was found to be significant, especially on the senior and linear topological interface condition (the difference of easy and middle level tasks eliminated); (2) There is a significant difference between seniors and young people, regardless the topology and task complexity conditions; (2) The mixed topological interface is better than the linear topological interface on the task performance regardless the task complexity. The study result benefit the study related to the interactive effect on the age, topology and task complexity. |
