中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在於探討金門遊客在智慧型手機軟體應用旅遊資訊搜尋、旅遊體驗、旅遊滿意度、行為意圖之間的影響,先行建立模式,再分析模式之間變數之間的影響。統計方式採用敘述性統計、因素分析、信度分析與結構方程模式分析,探討變數之間的關係。結果顯示刪除2個可衡量變數,連接2條變數線性關係之後,模式數值合乎模式建構之標準。旅遊資訊搜尋對旅遊體驗具有顯著之影響效果,旅遊體驗對旅遊滿意度具有顯著之影響效果,旅遊滿意度對行為意圖具有顯著之影響效果。建議相關提供網路軟體以及旅遊資訊的單位,不斷的更新使用軟體的介面,讓使用者更容易使用,而資訊提供單位更要不斷的根據節日或是季節,更新舊有的資訊,讓搜尋者可以搜尋到最新的旅遊資訊,提升旅遊的體驗。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study were explore the influence among smart phone software application of travel information searching, travel experience, travel satisfaction, and behavioral intentions of Kinmen tourists, the model was build in advance, and analyzed the influence of variables. The statistics methods were applied the descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliabilities analysis, and structure equation modeling for finding out the relationships among the variables. The results indicated two observed variables were deleted, and connected two linear relationships of variables, the model matched the standard of fit. Travel information searching had the significant influence effects on travel experience, travel experience had the significant influence effects on travel satisfaction, travel satisfaction had the significant influence effects on behavioral intentions. The recommendations are the related organizations which provide the website software and traveling information have to renew the use and application of software, make the users easy to use. The information provide units have to renew the information according to the holidays and seasons changing, let the users can find out the newest traveling information, raise up the traveling experience. |
