中文摘要 | 傳統體育教學無法滿足學習者的需求,為求新求變,透過資訊科技融入體育教學,以提升教師資訊素養,增強學生學習成效。本文以文獻回顧方式,旨在瞭解體育教學遭遇的困境與問題,及資訊科技融入體育教學帶來的轉變,並彙整資訊科技融入體育教學的相關類型。本文結果顯示:現階段我國資訊科技融入體育教學,可歸納為「多媒體系統」、「社群網路服務」、「智慧穿戴式裝置」三大類群,且各類群在體育教學或訓練的實務應用亦有非常顯著的成效,可逐漸取代傳統體育教學之教材教具,令學習更具創新、有趣、即時及效率。建議未來選擇科技輔助體育教學,除了考慮學習成效、學生回饋、師生互動外,更需要優質的科技領導、課程設計、資訊素養、學習環境等要素配合,才能讓教師樂於教學,學生樂於學習。 |
英文摘要 | Traditional physical education teaching cannot meet the needs of current learners. In order to enhance learning outcomes and motivation, sports teaching methods and course design should explore innovative ways to integrate technology into teaching and improve information literacy of teachers. This article explores changes, difficulties and problems encountered when information technology is introduced into physical education. It also examines related patterns of integrating information technology and physical education through literature review. Findings reveal that the current modes of integrating technology into teaching can be classified into three groups: "multimedia systems", "social network services", and "wearable advice". Each displays significant results in physical education or training applications; they may gradually replace traditional sports teaching methods and practices by making learning more innovative, enjoyable, interactive, and efficient. In addition to the traditional emphases on the effectiveness of learning, student feedback, and teacher-student interaction, future options for supportive teaching in physical education will require information literacy, high-quality technological leadership, and an appropriate learning environment and curriculum design. Only happy teachers can help students to enjoy learning. |
