| 中文摘要 | 本研究旨在瞭解非理性信念和社會支持在害羞與寂寞之間的中介效果。研究參與者為422位大學生,以「害羞量表修訂版」、「非理性信念量表」、「社會支持量表」及「寂寞量表」為研究工具,用結構方程模式進行統計分析。研究的主要結果為:1.害羞對大學生的非理性信念和社會支持都有直接效果。2.非理性信念、社會支持對大學生的寂寞有直接效果存在。3.非理性信念和社會支持可以完全中介害羞對寂寞的影響。本研究針對研究結果,對教育與輔導以及未來的研究方向提出建議。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to explore the mediating effects of irrational beliefs and social support between shyness and loneliness. The subjects were 422 undergraduates in Taiwan. The data was statistically analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling. The results are as follows: Firstly, shyness has direct effects on undergraduates’ irrational beliefs and social support. Secondly, irrational beliefs and social support have direct effects on undergraduates’loneliness. Thirdly and finally, irrational beliefs and social support completely mediate the relationships between shyness and loneliness. Follow-up suggestions and their implications for education, counseling, and future research are discussed. |
