| 中文摘要 | 本研究以馬文仲老師的教育實踐為例,研究者引導師資生閱讀傳記文本、觀看電視劇,思索其教育信念,期使師資生能從省思札記書寫、團體討論的歷程中,自省察覺長期累積的教育信念的適切性。 研究發現,這個歷程對師資生教育信念發生的作用,包括:(一)潛力無限,信念堅定心不死;(二)反觀自我,力行實踐不放棄;(三)關懷學生,涓涓滴滴教育愛;(四)教育信念,轉化調適恆毅行。 觀看電視劇與閱讀傳記的歷程,確實能提醒師資生:堅定與正確的教育信念對於教育施為的正向助力。進而在未來的教學歷程,不斷修正調適自己的教育信念。 |
| 英文摘要 | With the media of relative biographies and TV plays, this study takes teaching practices of real educator Wen-Chung Ma as examples to reveal biography personages’ beliefs about teaching. Educators’ own personal lives and their teaching practices are valuable messages for preservice teachers to understand what may occur in the real field of education. In many related courses of preservice teaching, the researcher will first ask preservice teachers to read biographies and watch TV plays. Then, through writing reflective journals and group discussions, preservice teachers may deeply reflect on related educational beliefs. This process impacts the preservice teachers’ educational beliefs, including potentiality of strong beliefs, self-reflection on practices concerning students and their own educational beliefs of perseverance. The purpose of this process is to encourage these preservice teachers to discover their own educational beliefs. Therefore, discussions and reflections are precious opportunities for these prospective teachers to reexamine and, then, reconstruct their own educational beliefs. |
