中文摘要 | 本研究目的旨在了解中臺科技大學大一新生體適能現況,並建構本校學生體適能常模,結果將提供體育室未來教學之參考。以中臺科技大學以100-103學年度大一新生為研究對象,男生1847人,平均年齡18.5±0.7歳:女生3132人,平均年齡18.4±0.7歲,體適能檢測項目有:坐姿體前彎,一分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐、立定跳遠與女生800m、男生1600m跑走等,所得資料以SPSS for windows 18.0套裝統計軟體處理,結果以描述性统計並與教育部常模對照。結果:一、坐姿體前彎男生平均成績在26.9±10.1公分、女生為31.7±10.2公分。二、男生一分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐平均成績為39.5+9.3次、女生為28.347.7次。三、男生立定跳遠平均成績為210.8429.4公分、女生為149.2±24.0公分。四、男生1600m跑走平均成績為552.6±107.2秒,女生為308.2±47.1秒。結論:中臺科技大學學生的腹肌耐力表現優於教育部體適能常模,值得鼓勵並應繼續保持下去;在柔軟度、下肢瞬發力與心肺耐力跑走上還有很大的改善空間,尤其是男生的1600m跑走,應特別加強訓練以提升學生的肺功能。希望本次建立的中臺科技大學學生體適能常模能夠應用在未來體育課程中。以達到全人適能與健康促進的目標。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to understand the physical fitness level of the Central Taiwan University of Science and Technology freshman from 100 to 103 Academic Years. The participants included 4,979 students (1,847 male and 3,132 female students, with mean age of male 18.5±0.7 years; female 18.4±0.7 years). The physical fitness tests items include sit and reach; 1 min sit-ups; standing long jump and 1600/800m run/walk. All data were processed by SPSS for windows 18.0 system, and compare with the Ministry of Education norm by descriptive statistics. The study revealed: 1. the flexibility of sit and reach of male and female students is 26.9±10.1cm and 331.7±10.2cm, respectively. 2. The 1 min sit-ups of male and female students is 39.5±9.3 times and 28.3±7.7 times, respectively. 3. The standing long jump of male and female students is 210.8±29.4cm and 149.2±24.0cm, respectively. 4. The 1600/800m run/walk of male and female students is 552.6±107.2 seconds and 308.2±47 seconds, respectively. Conclusion: The abdominal endurance of freshman of Central Taiwan University of Science and Technology is outperformed the Ministry of Education fitness norm should be encouraged and maintained. The flexibility, explosion strength and cardiovascular endurance of freshman students should be improved. Especially boys 1600m run/wake should be particularly strengthened to enhance the cardiopulmonary function. We hope this physical fitness norm of Central Taiwan University of Science and Technology students can be applied in physical education curriculum and to achieve the goal of holistic fitness and health promotion. |
