| 中文摘要 | 目前國內醫療院所在醫療物資的日常輸配送作業上,仍依靠人工的經驗來制定,此作法不具系統性分析,且相當依賴相關作業人員的主觀判斷,常導致不佳的決策。因此,本研究針對醫院部門日常的醫療物資輸配送,考量醫院部門各時間點的物資需求、存貨容量限制及其他相關限制,利用一動態決策架構並透過時空網路流動技巧建構一醫療物資輸配送規劃模式,以幫助業者有效地進行醫療物資輸配送作業規劃。最後,本研究以國內一大型醫療院所的營運資料為例,進行實例測試與分析,初步結果甚佳,顯示本模式與動態決策架構可為醫療院所管理當局之參考。 |
| 英文摘要 | Currently, medical goods transit plans are usually made by staff with experience, without optimization from a systemic perspective. As a result, feasible but inferior decisions have usually been made. Therefore, in this research, based on a medical institution’s perspective, we consider the demand of goods for every time slot in all hospital departments, the stock capacity and other constraints, and then employ the time-space network techniques to construct a medical goods transit scheduling model, as well as a dynamic decision framework, to help the medical institutions efficiently schedule their medical goods transshipments in regular operations. Finally, we perform a case study based on a domestic large-scale medical institution’s operating data. The preliminary results are good, showing that the model and the dynamic decision framework could be useful references for medical systems. |
