中文摘要 | 運動員在執行重量訓練時,其最大肌力1RM(One Repetition Maximum)是最重要的參數之一,若能更有效率的檢測1RM,將有助於運動員的肌力訓練。本研究目的主要探討仰臥推舉至疲勞的反覆次數帶入三種不同預測公式(Brzycki、Baechle、dos Remedios),探索適合我國大學生運動員1RM的預測方法。本研究以10名大專院校運動選手為受詴對象(年齡19.30 ± 1.19歲、身高176.00 ± 5.22公分、體重79.25 ± 9.02公斤),所有受詴者需先檢測仰臥推舉1RM後,休息48小時,再檢測仰臥推舉80公斤至疲勞的反覆次數,將所檢測的數據帶入三種預測公式,以統計軟體SRSS 22.0進行單因子重複量數變異數分析以及皮爾森積差相關分析,顯著水準α = .05。結果顯示:仰臥推舉80公斤至疲勞的反覆次數帶入三種預測公式,Brzycki、dos Remedios的預測公式與實際1RM未達到顯著差異(p>.05),顯示此兩種預測公式均可有效預測受詴者的1RM,但是三種預測公式在皮爾森積差相關分析上都有達到顯著,推論Baechle的預測公式在實際1RM數據提升也隨著提升。本研究三種預測公式能有效預測我國大學生運動員1RM,但建議未來可往重量不同,但是反覆次數不大於10次的方向來做研究。 |
英文摘要 | When athletes are doing weight training, 1RM (One Repetition Maximum) called the maximum muscle power is one of the most important parameters. It will be helpful for athletes to train the muscle power if we calculate 1RM efficiently. The purpose of this study is to discuss the repetition times of bench press to burn up by three different formulas (Brzycki, Baechle, and dos Remedios) to calculate 1RM to discover the most suitable one for our college athletes. Participants, 10 athletes (with age of 19.30± 1.19 years old, height of 176.00± 5.22 cm, and weight of 79.25 ± 9.02 kg) were recruited from the university. All subjects shall be verified for bench press for 1RM. After a 48-hour-rest, the repeated times of bench press of 80 kg to fatigueness is again tested. All the data from the tests shall be used in the three prediction formulas. SRSS 22.0 statistical software was used for one-way repeated measures analysis of variance and Pearson product-moment correlation analysis with a significant level of α = .05. The result indicated that the above mentioned test with three formulas and the test with two formulas (Brzycki and dos Remedios) and 1RM did not reach the significant difference (p> .05). The outcome showed that both the two formulas could efficiently estimate participant’s 1RM but three formulas all reached the significance on the analysis of Pearson's Correlation. Therefore, it was deduced that Baechle formula also ascended with the data ascend of 1RM. This research revealed that the three formulas could efficiently estimate 1RM of our college athletes. However, it is suggested that the research be done toward the direction of different weight with rep times less than 10 times. |
