中文摘要 | 本研究探討畦面敷蓋不同有機材料,以及不同堆肥施用量,對有機旱作芋頭之生育、塊莖品質及產量、土壤肥力之影響。試驗Ⅰ處理於栽培畦面敷蓋稻桿(0.65 kg/m^2)、稻殻(0.83 kg/m^2)及空白對照;試驗Ⅱ處理為施用稻殼雞糞堆肥10、20及30 t/ha。試驗Ⅰ結果顯示,有機芋頭定植112日後的栽培畦面雜草鮮重以對照處理區2.72 kg/m^2最高,其次為敷蓋稻殼處理區1.63 kg/m^2,以敷蓋稻桿處理區0.89 kg/m^2最低。敷蓋稻桿或稻殼處理的有機芋頭塊莖長度、塊莖鮮重及單位面積產量顯著高於對照處理,芋頭採收期的土壤肥力特性在敷蓋不同有機材料處理間差異不顯著。試驗Ⅱ結果顯示,芋頭植株的葉長、葉寬隨著稻殼雞糞堆肥用量增加而呈現增加之趨勢。施用稻殼雞糞堆肥30 t/ha處理的有機芋頭塊莖長度、塊莖鮮重及單位面積產量顯著高於施用20 t/ha處理及10 t/ha處理。芋頭採收期土壤電導度(EC)、Bray-1磷含量、交換性鉀及鎂含量等土壤肥力特性隨著稻殼雞糞堆肥用量增加而增加。因此,於栽培畦面敷蓋稻桿或稻殼處理;以及施用稻殼雞糞堆肥30 t/ha處理,均可適用有機旱作芋頭之栽培應用。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of thisstudy was to evaluate the growth, quality and yield of organic dryland taro (Colocasia esculenta) and soil fertility by different organic mulching materials and application rate of rice hull-chicken manure compost. Experiment I was carried out with a 3-mulch treatments (rice straw mulch, rice hull mulch and non-mulched). Experiment II was carried out with a 3-application rate of rice hull-chicken manure compost (10, 20 and 30 t/ha). The results of experiment I indicated that weed control was significantly different due to mulching treatments, the fresh weight of weeds on non-mulching, rice hull mulching and rice straw mulching was 2.72, 1.63 and 0.89 kg/m^2 at the day 112 after planted, respectively. The length of corm, fresh weight of corm and fresh corm yield which cultivated on rice straw mulching and rice hull mulching were significantly higher than that of non- mulching treatment. There were no significant difference among mulching treatments on the soil fertilities at the harvest stage of organic taro. The results of experiment II indicated that the leaf length and leaf width increased along with the increase of the application rate of rice hull- chicken manure compost. The length, single weight and yield of fresh corm of 30 t/ha of rice hull-chicken manure compost treatment was significantly higher than those of other treatments. After taro harvested, soil EC, and the concentrations of soil bray-1 P, exchangeable K and Mg were increased along with the increase of the application rate of compost. Therefore, the results from these experiments suggested that the mulching with rice straw and rice hull and applied with 30 t/ha of rice hull-chicken manure compost recommended for the organic dryland taro cultivation. |
