中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討瑜珈對青少女身體意象與身體覺察力之影響。本研究實驗對象為88 名青少女,採立意分配為實驗組與控制組。41 位實驗組對象(平均年齡20.15±0.79 歲),進行為期12 週每次90 分鐘的瑜珈課程。控制組47 位女學生(平均年齡19.26±0.44 歲)則不介入任何瑜珈運動。實驗前、後以身體意象量表與身體覺察力量表檢測,藉以評估瑜珈介入對青少女身體意象與身體覺察力之效益。以t 考驗分析本研究結果得知:瑜珈運動介入後對於青少女之身體意象與身體覺察力具有顯著改善的情形(p<.05)。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of yoga program on the body image and body awareness in adolescents. Eighty-eight participants were divided into experimental (yoga) and control group. The experimental group, 41 samples (20.15±0.79) were offered yoga program for 90 minutes per week for 12 weeks. The control group, 47 subjects (19.26±0.44), has not to be offered any yoga exercise. Prior and after 12 weeks of yoga program, our subjects completed Body "Awareness Ability Inventory (BAAI)" and "Multidimensional Body-Self Relations Questionnaire (MBSRQ)". The t test was used for analysis of the data. Our findings indicate that yoga exercise program positively influence body image and body awareness in adolescents. |
