中文摘要 | 本研究目的主要是探討大學生在學習太極拳課程後,其參與動機與滿意度之相關,以及分析不同特徵的學生在太極拳參與動機與滿意度上之差異。經集群抽樣選取610 名修習太極拳課程的學生,於學期末施以太極拳運動參與動機與滿意度量表;資料以描述統計、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析及皮爾森積差相關進行分析,獲得以下結果:一、學生參與太極拳運動動機與滿意度趨於中間偏低,最主要的參與動機是社會需求因素,而學生參與太極拳運動後最滿意的構面是獲得美感上的滿足;二、在參與動機的考驗上;女學生在健康需求因素上顯著高於男學生,而在滿意度的考驗上;不同性別和不同學制在滿意度上部分構面有達顯著性差異;三、在參與動機與滿意度的考驗是呈正相關。根據結果,本研究結論發現多數的大學生在太極拳運動學習仍具有參與意願不高的傾向;參與動機與滿意度有高度正相關。最後針對改進大學生太極拳運動參與動機與滿意度,提出學校體育教學實務應用及後續研究之相關建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between university students' motivation and satisfaction after participating in Taichi, and to analyze the differences in the motivation and satisfaction of students with different characteristics. In order to investigate students' motivation of and satisfaction with Taichi, 610 students in the Taichi class were selected by cluster sampling employed with the "Motivation and Satisfaction of participating Taichi scale" at the end of the semester. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation analysis were conducted, and the results as follows. First, the results of the study indicate that the motivation of and the satisfaction with particing Taichi were in mid-to-low. The major motivation of particing Taichi was the social need factor, and the aspect of Taichi that the students were most satisfied with was the aesthetic satisfaction. Second, regarding the motivation of participation in Taichi, the health need factor of female students were significantly higher than that of male students; in relation to the satisfaction with Taichi, female and male students, as well as the students of different divisions, differed significantly in several satisfaction aspects. Third, the motivation of participating in Taichi was positively correlated with the satisfaction. Based on the results of the study, university students' motivation of learning and participating Taichi was quite low, and the motivation of participation and satisfaction were highly positively corelated. Finally, with respect to increasing university students' motivation of participation in Taichi and satisfaction with it, practical suggestions for the instruction of physical education and future research are made. |
