中文摘要 | 隨著全球對智慧財產權的重視,各企業廠商為了保有各自的研發與創新能量,紛紛以申請專利的方式來確保及鞏固其智慧財產權,在技術蓬勃發展、不斷創新的時代,需處理巨量專利資料的情況亦非常普遍,如何有效、快速地進行專利分析與預測,將是未來的趨勢。本研究貢獻即為:(1)提供一種快速產生技術/功效矩陣圖的方法,讓專利分析人員可有效率地產生分析矩陣,同時可從分析矩陣中找出「最具發展潛力的區塊」;(2)提出三種預測方法,經驗證比較其預測之準確率極具參考價值。尤其對於持續發展的5G 通訊技術,透過本研究分析範例的第四代LTE-A通訊技術專利資料可看出端倪,產業界即可率先預測未來的潛力市場及發展趨勢,並提早做出規劃與布局準備,搶得市場利基。 |
英文摘要 | With the global importance of intellectual property rights, companies in order to retain their R&D energy and innovation, have patented to ensure and consolidate its intellectual property rights. The need to deal withmassive information will be very popular in these years. How to effectively and quickly conduct patent analysis and forecasting, will be the future trend. In this study, the contribution is: (1) providing a method for rapidly creating a technology-function matrix. So that the general patent analysts can efficiently produce analysis matrix. (2) Proposing three forecasting methods proven to compare their prediction accuracy of great reference value. Especially for the 5G communications technology, through patent information analysis in this study sample of fourth-generation LTE-A communication technologies can be discerned. The industry can take the lead in predicting future market trends and potential, and to plan in advance and layout ready to grab market niche. |
