中文摘要 | 本研究嘗試應用六標準差DMAIC之改善手法,來改善個案公司的扣件加工生產流程,以提升製程效率與產品良率,進而減少顧客抱怨。首先針對個案公司之扣件加工製程進行改善,透過不良數據的分析,找出引發缺失的可能因素,進而提出可行的對策進行改善。接著針對不良品中,造成產品缺失的最主要因素進行改善,透過實驗的操作與測試,來衡量造成產品品質變異的真正因素,並進行對策的擬定、實施與改善,以獲得效益的提升,來提高企業的經營績效,以增進企業競爭優勢。 |
英文摘要 | This research use the Six Sigma DMAIC Approach to improve fastener production process of the company in this case to upgrade the efficiency of process and the yield rate for the product, furthermore, reducing the complaint of customers. First of all, to improve fastener working production process of the company in this case, we try to find out the possible factors that cause the missing by analyzing the data of defect rate. And then, to defeat the main factor that causes the missing of product, we use operating of experiment and test to know the real factor that makes the product degenerating. Last but not least, we draw up an countermeasure and use it to elevate the benefit, business performance of company and competition advantage of enterprise. |
