| 中文摘要 | 中國至2013年止,已有兩批24處散布各省,頗具規模的國家考古遺址公園開放營運,另亦有44處列入立項專案審批名單。此68處國家考古遺址公園,涵蓋25個省市自治區,規劃總面積達834平方公里。各公園所占面積極廣,半數以上達2-20平方公里。本研究實地考察良渚、殷墟、隋唐洛陽城、大明宮、秦始皇帝陵、漢陽陵、金沙、三星堆等國家考古遺址公園等營運現況,除希望了解國家考古遺址公園規劃、營運現況外,並特別關注考古遺址保存與活化再利用之國家策略與相關議題。 本文首先以國內急需吸取他國考古遺址保存經驗為引言,論及國際間遺址保存趨勢,已是跨區域、跨國家的主題式大範圍規劃保存模式;其後概述中國從大遺址保護到推動國家考古遺址公園的歷程,並特別說明國家考古遺址公園營運評估指標及其進行方式;以實地考察之田野經驗分析園區規劃與營運、文物保存與經濟發展之間的現況與課題,並提出具體建議。期望對於國內考古遺址保存與活化再利用策略及中國未來持續推動國家考古遺址公園策略有所助益。 |
| 英文摘要 | In China, strategies of preserving archeological sites have evolved from the protection of artifacts in early days to the more elaborate conception of creating specific public space that fulfils scientific, educational, and recreational purposes while maintaining the archeological sites and surrounding environment. As of 2013, 24 sites have been set up throughout China while 44 more sites are under construction. These sites are spread all over 25 provinces and cities and covering 834 square kilometers of space. For this study, we went to several national parks of archeological site, including Liangzhu, Yingxu, Sui-Tang Period Capital Luoyang, and First Emperor's Mausoleum, etc., hoping to understand the preservation and activation reuse of the important archaeological sites, and the planning and management of the parks. This paper begins by reviewing the need of experience in preserving archeological sites, and then examines the international trend of preserving historical sites as border and nation crossing thematic preservation, and elaborates how China evolves from site preservation to developing national park of archeological sites. |
