中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在運用手機和即時傳訊系統,建立遠端即時傳訊機制,對大學生進行生命教育服務體驗學習的實驗,以探討遠端即時傳訊機制對大學生生命教育服務體驗學習的成效、學生的學習滿意度和對機構督導及學生的影響。本研究將72位修畢生命教育課程的大學生隨機分成三組,進行準實驗研究,以問卷調查與訪談的方式蒐集量化與質性資料進行分析與討論。研究結果獲致以下結論:運用遠端即時傳訊輔導機制有助於彌補輔導人力不足及時空限制等障礙;能有效促進大學生的反思、未來願意持續服務高齡弱勢族群的承諾、提升大學生生命教育體驗學習的成效;符應大學生生命教育體驗學習的目標及使用社交媒體的習慣。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to see whether the use of an Instant Message Assistant Mechanism and Instant Messaging system in a smart phones could assist college students in service experiential learning courses. By using this system the learning effect, learning satisfaction and the influence of a supervisor were examined. 72 college students who completed the life education courses were divided into three random groups, and participated in the quasi-experimental study. Quantitative and qualitative data from questionnaire surveys and interviews were collected for analysis and discussion. The main conclusions are as follows: the Instant Message Assistant Mechanism helped teachers compensate for the lack of manpower, time and space constraints and other obstacles when they guide students in service learning faced. The design of this Instant Message Assistant Mechanism is suitable for goals of experiential learning and the social media habits of college students. It can facilitate student’s reflection learning and the commitments to serve disadvantaged elder groups in the future. It consistent with college students’ habits in using social media and meet the goals of service experience learning in life education also. |
