中文摘要 | 過去國內對於組織行為之相關研究主要集中於護理或廣泛性醫事人員,然而對於復健科醫師之組織行為特質探討則較為缺乏。本研究針對103年度國內30位復健科住院醫師,進行組織行為問卷調查,調查方式採匿名、郵寄寄發之橫斷性研究。研究結果顯示女性在持續性承諾項目較低,且有達顯著差異(p<0.05)。其他在工作滿足感、離職傾向量表及組織公民行為量表,則均無顯著差異,而隨年資漸增,離職傾向則逐年增加。人格特質部分則顯示A型為19人,B型為11人。此結果可提供作為國內醫事人力規畫之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Most studies on organizational behavior in Taiwan have focused on nurses and general medical staff; however, few studies have focused on rehabilitation residents. We conducted a cross-sectional correlation study on the organizational behavior of 30 rehabilitation residents in Taiwan by administering anonymous questionnaires through mail. The results revealed low continuance commitment scores (p<.05) among female residents, whereas senior residents showed a high tendency to quit their current jobs. In addition, 19 residents presented type A personality and 11 residents presented type B personality. |
