中文摘要 | 當機械加工欲要求成品之尺寸精度或表面粗糙度時,則必須找出一個滿足目標所需的加工參數解。螞蟻演算法(Ant Algorithm)為仿螞蟻外出尋找食物的最短路徑原理,將此原理量化成數值模式之演算方法。採用穩健設計之田口實驗計劃法進行實驗,探討車削加工參數(刀片R角、刀片形狀、工件轉速、進给、切深)對品質特性(表面粗糙度、尺寸精度以及加工時間)之影響。經由ANOVA分析可得知,R角、進給對表面粗糙度而言為顯著因子;對於於加工精度而言,刀片形狀、工件轉速、進給為相對重要因子;對加工時間而言,工件轉速、進給為顯著因子。接著,建立迴歸數學方程式,以Visual Basic 6.0程式撰寫螞蟻演算法則,經演算可求得欲製造出某特定或最小表面粗糙度工件之加工參數組。 |
英文摘要 | The analysis of machining parameters is essential for a desired surface roughness in the manufacturing field. The Ant algorithm imitates living ants in looking for food based on the shortest paths. Based on Taguchi method, the L18 orthogonal experiments were planned and executed. The selected machining parameters of turning process are R angle, tool shape, turning speed, feed rate and cutting depth. With the assistance of ANOVA and F-test, it is found that R angle, feed rate are the significant factors for surface roughness. And tool shape, rotating speed feed rate are identified as relatively important parameters affecting the dimension accuracy. Rotating speed and feed rate are the significant factors for machining time. Moreover, appropriate machining parameters can be obtained for a desired surface roughness by using Ant algorithm. |
