| 中文摘要 | 本研究使用田口法來探討定剪摩擦下,以模具旋轉抽製線材,以田口法L9(34)直交表進行實驗規劃,包含有4種不同的實驗參數,半模角(α°)、摩擦因子(m)、模內圓角(R mm)以及旋轉角速度(ω rad/sec)之實驗參數,加以探討以模具旋轉抽製線材之影響,並求得旋轉抽製線材負荷之最佳化的實驗參數。對於旋轉模具抽製線材最佳化,本研究以DEFORM-3D商用軟體進行有限元素模擬,模具與線材之間的摩擦假設為定剪摩擦。線材抽製後之等效應力、等效應變、速度場及抽製負荷可由有限元素模擬。由本模式可知以模具旋轉抽製線材之負荷最佳化,所得最佳製程以降低抽製負荷及增加線材流動性。 |
| 英文摘要 | The study uses Taguchi Method to explore the wire rod drawing with rotating die under constant shear friction. The L9(34) orthogonal table of Taguchi Method has been to carry out the simulation experiment plan which including four experimental parameters, i.e. half die angle (α°), frictional factor (m), die filet (R mm), and rotating angular velocity (ω rad/sec) to explore the influence of drawing wire rod with rotating die. Furthermore, the optimal experimental parameters of drawing with rotating die can be obtained. For the optimization of drawing wire rod with rotating die, the study uses DEFORM-3D commercial FEM software to simulate considering constant shear friction between the die and wire rod. The effective stress, the effective strain, the velocity field, and the drawing force can be simulated by FEM simulation. Through the optimization of drawing force in this model, the drawing force can be reduced and the wire rod flow can be increased by the optimal parameters assembly. |
