中文摘要 | 面對社會快速發展,對於學生所需的關鍵能力:強調經驗與反思,具備創意、創新、跨領域、知識統整等特質之人才養成,鼓勵以行動導向的學習方式,以解決真實問題為核心的學習過程,係當前大學課程改革的發展趨勢。教育部 100 學年度推動之現代公民核心能力課程改進計畫,透過高等教育中通識教育與融合專業教育之教學改進課群,進行以學習者為中心的思維與教學,培養學生具有發掘公共性議題,並以創造性解決問題之現代公民核心能力。本文以該計畫 C 類績優夥伴課群發展績優指導計畫之執行實務經驗為基礎,探討如何進行課程設計、規劃教材內容、授課方式與技巧,以及籌組教師社群,從而提升課程教學品質,達成優質課程推廣目的。在規劃內容中具體實踐下列目標: (1) 教學方式變化創新;(2) 課程內容完整規劃; (3) 作業設計符合課程;(4) 多元評量學習成效;(5) 議題設計內容深度;(6) 教學助理工作規劃;(7) 教學網站規劃建置;(8) 建立課群合作模式;(9) 課群資源共同分享;(10) 績優課程示範推廣。透過課群合作的經驗成果,建構課群合作推動模式,讓教師認同與投入,共同精進課程教學內容,構思創意教學方案,培育學生公民素養,提升課程教學品質與學生學習成效。 |
英文摘要 | Faced with the rapid development of society, for the students' key competencies emphasized experience and reflection, with innovation, develop interdisciplinary knowledge integration talent and other qualities, as well as enhance the quality of basic education, encourage learning in the form of action-oriented to address the real problem at the core of the learning process. This is an important development trend of curriculum reform the University. Modern Citizens’ Core Competencies Program improves the higher education through the teaching of general education and professional education courses fusion group, to promote learner-centered thinking and teaching, students have to explore the public nature of the subject, and to creatively solving problems. In this paper, the implementation of practical experience to guide the class partners plan courses based on the development of the group to discuss how to curriculum design, planning teaching materials, teaching methods and techniques, as well as community organizations of teachers, so as to enhance the quality of teaching courses, get rich learning outcomes. Through group collaboration experience, so teachers have the same vision goals, identity, participation and investment in sophisticated teaching quality, creative ideas teaching programs, upgrading courses teaching quality and student learning outcomes into cultivating civic literacy and build quality courses. |
