中文摘要 | 國防部從民國99年起推動國軍體能訓練,律定仰臥起坐、俯地挺身、3000公尺徒手跑步等三個項目為基本體能測驗項目並訂定合格標準,希望加強訓練以提高國軍的體適能。體適能的增加對我國軍飛行員的健康促進的確有其重要性,對飛行任務的順遂執行也可能有益,但是過去曾經有研究報告指出過度的增進有氧適能可能易增加動暈症易感性,雖然也有研究提出不同看法,認為有氧適能不會影響動暈症易感性,不過體適能對動暈症易感性的影響是值得關注的議題。維持身體的平衡仰賴來自於視覺、前庭覺與本體感覺之間的訊息整合,然而當訊息整合產生衝突時則有可能引發動暈症,過去研究對於身體平衡能力與動暈症易感性之間的關係尚不明確。而體適能的增進有助於維持身體平衡,但與動暈症之間的關係尚不明確。若能對於體適能、平衡能力以及動暈症易感性三者間之關係有更深入的瞭解,將有助於規劃對於國軍,尤其是飛行員的體能及平衡能力訓練以及體能測驗標準。 |
英文摘要 | Motion sickness is a common and crucial aeromedical problem which affects flight safety considerably. Motion sickness has been linked with discrepant or conflicting perceptual information from visual, vestibular and proprioceptive sensations in responses to real or apparent motion. Integration of these three systems is imperative for the maintenance of postural balance which is an essential requirement for daily and physical activity. Significant improvement of postural balance to reduce fall accident had been shown in the elderly and middle age subjects after physical training. Improved aerobic fitness was also reported to be associated with increased motion sickness susceptibility, thus could potentially threaten flight safety. For the past five years, military training in Taiwan have emphasized on strengthening physical activity. However, no apparent relationship between aerobic fitness and motion sickness susceptibility had been demonstrated. It is therefore still uncertain about the relationship between physical fitness, postural balance and motion sickness susceptibility. Delineate such relationship would be crucial to the prevention of motion sickness. |
