中文摘要 | 澳門與廣東地區已進入老齡化的社會,舉辦和發展老年教育即為應對此問題的策略之 一。兩地長者教育時代背景相同,以建立學習型社會為教育理念,辦學宗旨皆以老為本,但同樣 把老年教育視為休閒教育。然而,兩地長者教育亦有相異之處,如辦學主體大相徑庭、區域發展 存在差異、教育難點截然不同等。在澳門方面,其依託高校舉辦老年教育、以政府為主導的經費 籌措機制,可供廣東借鑑;而廣東地區豐富的老年教育理論和經驗,制度引領依法管理老年教育 事業,同樣值得澳門參考。 |
英文摘要 | Macau and Guangdong are now facing an aging society. The development of elderly education is one of the strategies in response to this problem. With the establishment of a learning society as its educational idea and seniority as its grounds, the two places share the same backgrounds. Both of them nevertheless made the mistake of regarding elderly education as leisure. However, the differences between the two also exist in terms of students, regional development, and teaching difficulties. On the side of Macau, elderly education is conducted in colleges and universities and the fundraising system is dominated by the government, which provides a lesson for Macau. On the other hand, the rich theories and experience in Guangdong area and the management of the elderly education in accordance with the law, also provide a reference for Macau. |
