| 中文摘要 | 本研究採用問卷調查方式收集資料、針對餐飲業同仁發放問卷,問卷有效回收率為93%。並以SPSS套裝軟體進行分析,採用敘述性統計、變異數分析、亯度分析、皮爾森相關分析方法及迴歸分析,實證結果發現餐飲業在教育訓練上專業知識、工作習慣及態度、教育訓練課程實施、教育訓練績效,四者之間息息相關,以教育訓練課程實施的β值(0.666)影響最大,工作習慣、態度的β值(0.571)次之,最後為專業知識的β值(0.419),此結果,提供作為訓練規劃部門制定課程的參考建議,強化提高未來教育訓練實施成效,有利於企業在教育訓練課程規劃,並提供餐飲業服務品賥改善與人力資源管理之參考,進而增加經營績效。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study used data collected from questionnaires for the food and beverage industry colleagues, the questionnaire effective rate of 93%. And the SPSS software package for analysis, descriptive statistics, analysis of variance, reliability analysis, Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis, empirical results show that the food and beverage industry in the training expertise, work habits and attitudes, education training courses implementation of education and training performance between the four closely related to the education and training curriculum implementation beta value (0.666) the greatest impact, work habits, attitudes beta value (0.571), followed, and finally for the expertise beta value (0.419), this result is conducive to enterprises in the education and training curriculum planning and service quality improvement and human resource management reference of the food and beverage industry, thus increasing business performance. |
