中文摘要 | 本研究旨在藉由行動研究方式,透過實施故事教學,以評估其提升利社會行爲的成效,研究對象是高雄縣某國小附幼29名幼稚園大班的幼兒。研究者根據文獻探討,歸納出合適的利社會行爲內涵與目標,設計包括以「幫助行爲」、「分享行爲」與「合作行爲」爲內涵的故事教學活動,過程中運用文件蒐集、觀察、錄音等方法蒐集資料,以資料編碼與撰寫研究日誌等方式,配合研究目的加以分析、詮釋與整理,並互相討論獲得的結論如下:一、故事教學之分析歷程:依據教育信念,發現研究問題,確定研究主題與計畫之後,蒐集相關資料與文獻,挑選故事、設計課程,確定幼兒的起始行爲,再進行故事教學與後測,參考延宕後的觀察省思,歸納結果並撰寫論文。二、實施利社會行爲的故事教學,對教師之裨益有三:(一)體認研究的意義與對未來進行相關教學的自我期許。(二)瞭解有效的教學方法:如故事討論、多樣化的延伸活動、兼顧「質」與「量」的資料分析、運用自編的「情境學習單」與「故事後心得檢核表」等。(三)知道改進教學之處:故事討論活動後應立即對未發言的幼兒進行補救教學。 |
英文摘要 | This research aims to assess the effect of prosocial behavior upon young children by story teaching through the action research. 29 students from the top class in kindergarten attached to elementary school in Kaohsiung County are research targets. According to the literature review, some goals and contents of prosocial behavior at kindergarten level were summarized. Activity of story teaching was designed to embody the concept of helping, sharing and cooperation. In addition to that, data was collected through documentation collection, observation and recording. Based on the data coding and research journal, the following conclusion was from the analysis, interpretation, and arrangement of research purpose: 1. The analysis of the process of story teaching: The research issue was found in accordance with the educational belief. The relevant source and literatures were collected, stories were selected and curriculum was designed after the research topic and plan was decided. The posttest of story teaching was proceeded after the children’s initial behavior was ascertained. The paper was written referring to the procrastinated observation. 2. The research of the effect of prosocial behavior by story teaching upon teachers: (1) The reflection of the research: to realize the significance of this research and keep it as the expectation for myself in the future teaching. (2) Effective teaching methods: story discussion, diverse extensive activities, data analysis by giving consideration both quantification and qualification, and the use of own situational study paper and checklist of story reflection. (3) Aspect need to be improved: the makeup course is proceded immediately to those children who do not speak in story discussion activities. |
