| 中文摘要 | 為培育具有全人醫療能力之中醫師,促進中醫醫療機構健全發展,衛生署已於 98年推動「中醫醫療機構負責醫師訓練計畫」。本計畫包括為期一個月之中藥局訓練。為確保主要訓練醫院中藥局指導藥師臨床訓練品質及充實受訓醫師中藥用藥知能,提昇中醫醫事人員執業素質來努力,以確保臺灣中醫藥醫療機構照護品質,進而促進全國人民的中醫藥健康照護與福祉。 本計劃施行期間成立「中藥局指導藥師培訓營」的授課講師群,於分別於 101年 8月 12日、101年 9月 9日及 101年 10月 7日辦理 101年度北區、南區及中區「中醫醫療機構負責醫師訓練指導藥師培訓營」。並召開三場專家會議檢討中醫醫療機構負責醫師訓練指導藥師臨床教學教材、課程及成效評值方式。並於 101年 11月 22日召開中藥臨床教學專家期末檢討會議,進行中醫醫療機構負責醫師訓練指導藥師培訓營訓練成效評估,學員經參與培訓後其後測成績皆有明顯的進步,且學員整體滿意度皆達 80%以上。 以上結果顯示針對本年度師資訓練課程的舉辦模式、課程內容與評量方法,確實能提升中藥局指導藥師臨床訓練的品質,希望以此訓練模式能作為日後的參考,以確保「中醫醫療機構負責醫師訓練指導藥師」的教學品質。 |
| 英文摘要 | To train holistic physicians of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in promoting and developing medical institutions of TCM well, the Department of Health has been promoting the program of "Medical Institution responsible for the training of Doctors of TCM" since 2009. The program includes a month-long training at a Chinese Medicine pharmacy in a major training hospital of TCM. The program is to ensure clinical teaching qualities in pharmacist preceptors and expand TCM knowledge in physicians. Thereby, it will improve the quality and elevate the standard of using TCM in medical institutions, and promote the overall welfare and well-being of the people. The program established a group of speaker of “Workshop of TCM pharmacist preceptors,” and has held 3 workshops “training camp of pharmacist preceptors for responsible physicians in TCM institutions” in Aug. 12, Sep. 9, and Oct. 7, 2012 in north, middle, and south part of Taiwan. Besides, the program held 3 times of experts panel discussion about the clinical teaching materials for pharmacist preceptors, lectures and evaluation methods for outcomes of teaching. The post-test grades of attendees showed obviously better than pre-test grades. Over 80% of attendees are satisfied from the satisfaction questionnaires. As mentioned above, it showed the model of training, contents of the lectures, and methods for the evaluation of outcomes in this program could raise the quality of pharmacist preceptors in TCM clinical teaching. We hope the model could be applied thereafter, as to guarantee the teaching quality in pharmacist preceptors for responsible physicians in TCM institutions. |
