| 中文摘要 | 本研究於先前已發展一套「中醫診斷科學化網路教育訓練之資料庫及平台」,主要是結合中醫舌、聞診等各診斷理論,結合原有的觀念與知識,再配合舌象、語音等的錄製與分析方法,將原始訊號、經分析後的量化數據及醫師的診斷結果作整理,建立各種類別的中醫診斷科學化之資料庫,並以資料庫內的資料為訓練材料開發網路教育訓練平台,透過網路提供學生或臨床人員作自我學習及學習效果評估並可作互動式的討論。本研究整合先前成果,著重於與臨床結合,其研究目的旨在建置互動式線上中醫診斷平台,內容包含訂立資料庫建置標準、系統介面標準,以及建置互動式平台功能,使其具備線上資料挖掘、資料比對,以及資料評估之功能,使其成為醫師與資料庫、醫師與醫師(社群)間相互學習與線上輔助診斷之互動式平台。 本研究使用之資料庫及平台作業系統主要以 Microsoft Windows Server 2003為網站伺服器軟體部分採 MySQL架設內含聞診及舌診資料之資料庫並以 Flex 之MXML技術所,建構編輯的介面透過 ActionScript來作互動式診斷 的功,能。以視覺化、互動式來提升中醫師於臨床診斷前之教育訓練,並將中醫師之診斷經驗保存於資料庫中。藉由現代化網際網路平台的技術,我們預期臨床醫師長年豐富的診斷經驗,得以透過 e化的方式作進一步的保留及傳承,期望藉此平台持續改善診斷之正確性。 |
| 英文摘要 | We have developed a database and web-based platform of technical education training for objective traditional Chinese medical diagnosis. The main purpose of previous research was to integrate theories of tongue and auscultation diagnoses in Chinese medicine with the knowledge and concepts we have gained in our previous researches. Two kinds of data (include tongue images and speech signals) were organized by quantifying and analyzing these bio-signals and diagnosing from clinical physicians. According to the results of integration, two kinds of database for objective traditional Chinese medical diagnosis have been established. Furthermore, a technical education training web platform has been developed based on the database. This study is focused on the combination of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis in both theories and clinical practice. The main purpose of this research is to develop an online interactive Chinese medical diagnosis on web platform and set up the standards of database and system interfaces. With the interactive web diagnostic platform, functions of online data mining, data matching and data evaluation can be provided. An interactive web-based diagnostic platform which contains online diagnosis assistance and mutual learning mechanism between clinical physicians and databases, also among clinical physicians (i.e., e-community) is established. The Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and MySQL program which has databases of Tongue diagnosis and auscultation are used in this study. In interactive diagnosis part, ActionScript is used to build the functions and the MXML of Flex is applied to build the interface. It is expected to improve the training with visual and interactive way for physicians before clinical diagnosis. Besides, the diagnosis experience can be kept in database. Through this internet platform, it can be helpful to improve the diagnostic accuracy and the diagnosis experience of physicians can also be kept and passed to the future generation. |
