中文摘要 | 中醫辨証以望、聞、問、切四診為依據。舌診是望診中主要的內容,舌的各部份 分別對應人體的臟腑。傳統舌診要看舌的「神、色、形、態」,但現今的電腦舌診大多只做 到顏色的分析,因此想要發展一套以中醫理論為基礎的紅外線攝影系統,做為中醫舌診的輔 助工具,其儲存的影像資料庫,更可以提供中醫研究討論之用。舌中央的部份跟脾、胃有極 大關係,因此,選擇與此有關的上消化道疾病為研究方向。近幾年來國人罹患上消化道的疾 病漸多,、中又以發炎、潰瘍居多。 目前上消化道疾病常用的診斷方法是 X 光和內視鏡檢 測,過程不但麻煩且會令病人非常不舒服,本研究要找出紅外線舌影像與上消化道疾病的關 連性,亦可用來輔助上消化道疾病的檢查。本研究採用日本 AVIO 的紅外線攝影機及自行開 發的分析系統,分析正常人與上消化道病人之舌影像。結果發現: 上消化道病人的舌頭平均 溫度低於一般人,舌中與全舌的溫差則大於一般人。在疾病方面,亦可分別胃炎與十二指腸 潰瘍及胃潰瘍的差異。 |
英文摘要 | There are four major ways of diagnosis in Chinese medicine practice and tongue inspection is one of the important roles in inspection diagnosis. It is well known that the different sections of tongue are highly correlated to the human organ structure functions. Several factors of tongue status have to take into consideration when practicing tongun inspection, however, now developed computerized tongue inspection systems only analyze the tongue color. This proposed project is to develop a Chinese tongue inspection tool using infrared imaging system, and the imagine when stored in database will provide further study in Chinese medicine. Since the center part of tongue is correlated to the spleen and stomach, this is the reason we take this field for upper Gl track disease study. This study is to extract the disease correlation between infrared imaging and upper Gl track, furthermore, provide a much Comfortable way of upper Gl track disease diagnosis instead of now used X ray and endoscope. This study used infrared camera made by AVIO, JAPAN and a self- developed system for analyzing tongue imaging between normal group and patient group. In the result we found that tongue temperature of the patient group with upper Gl track disease is lower than the normal group, and tongue temperature distributed in center section and entire section of patient group is higher than normal group, besides there is distinguished difference among several stomach diseases. |
