中文摘要 | 本研究目的為探討8週全身振動訓練(whole-body vibration training, WBVT)對手球選手球速、移位速度與跳躍能力之影響。以20名高中男子手球校隊為受試選手,經立意取樣均分人數相等之實驗組及控制組,實驗開始兩組球員皆進行例行性手球專項訓練,而實驗組需額外接受連續8週、每週3次、振幅2 mm至4 mm、頻率30 Hz至40 Hz的WBVT。球速表現以7公尺罰球射門及交叉步射門球速進行測試,而以無線光柵傳輸系統連結數據採集擷取系統,作為移位速度及跳躍能力的研究工具。本研究所得數據以前測表現為共變數,進行單因子共變數分析兩組間於訓練後是否有顯著差異。本研究結果發現實驗組經由8週全身振動訓練後顯著增進7公尺罰球(71.3±6.38 km/hr vs. 75.0±5.96 km/hr)與交叉步射門球速(73.4±5.85 km/hr vs. 76.8±6.01 km/hr)及移位速度時間(2.32±.16秒vs. 2.15±.12秒)與垂直跳(50.58±4.62 cm vs. 52.08±5.33 cm)。本研究之結論為:WBVT可有效增進青年手球選手球速、移位速度與跳躍能力。 |
英文摘要 | Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of eight weeks of whole-body vibration Training (WBVT) with shot speed, movement speed and decuple jump performance of handball players. Methods: The subjects for the study were 20 senior high school handball players separated into a treatment group (TG) and a control group (CG) with equal number of players by purpose sampling. During the eight weeks period of study, both groups underwent routine training, but the TG received additional WBVT (amplitude: 2~4 mm, frequency: 30~40 Hz) three times per week for eight consecutive weeks. The Penalty-throw was used to measure handball shot speed while using SMART SYNC and SMART SYNC to test movement speed and the decuple jump performance. Single factor ANCOVA was used to examine the differences between the groups after training with pretest values as a covariate. Result: After eight weeks WBVT, the TG players had significantly increased shot speed (71.3±6.38 km/hr vs. 75.00±5.96 km/hr) and the cross-stride shot speed (73.4±5.85 km/hr vs. 76.8±6.01 km/hr) and the TG players had significantly improved the movement speed (2.32±.16 sec vs. 2.15±.12 sec) and the maximal height of CMJ (50.58±4.62 cm vs. 52.08±5.33 cm). Conclusions: It is cleared that additional WBVT could improve the shot speed, movement speed and decuple jump performance in young male handball players. |
