中文摘要 | 本研究取2g的馬尾藻粉末加入160 mL純水後,以超音波加微波之複合式萃取方法,萃取出多醣含量為91.79 mg,總多酚23.54 mg,其DPPH自由基清除能力達到76.81 %。此外,馬尾藻微脂粒溶液添加三仙膠粉末後調製成0.1%濃度,經過4℃/45℃高、低溫循環84小時後並無分層現象產生,其粒徑由232.2±7.36 nm 略增為310.0±13.92 nm。馬尾藻微脂粒塗抹於皮膚上28天後,保濕性成長31.39 %;彈性成長7.62 %;黑色素減少9.18 %。綜合前述結果得知,馬尾藻經由微脂粒包覆後具有明顯之護膚之功效。 |
英文摘要 | Two grams of Sargassum powder, through the combination of sonication and microwave in 160ml pure water, yielded 91.79 mg of polysaccharides and 23.54 mg of total polyphenol; 76.81 % of DPPH free radicals were removed. Also, 0.1% liposomal Sargassum solution mixed with xanthan gum powder, through 4℃/45℃ high-low temp cycles for 84 hours, formed a homogenous (no stratification) colloid of particles, and the diameter of these particles went from 232±7.36 nm to 310.0±13.92 nm. When liposome-encapsulated Sargassum was applied on the skin for 28 days, it increased moisture retention by 31.39%, elasticity by 7.62 % and reduced melanin by 9.18%. This study suggests that liposome-encapsulated Sargassum has an application for skin care. |
