中文摘要 | 在三軍官校現行實施延後分流的制度下,軍校生要如何選擇適合自己的學系?學系要如何招收適才適所的學生?以及學校要如何決定未來辦學的政策?以上種種對三軍官校皆是相當重要的課題。本研究首先採修正式德菲法,根據專家問卷的訪談,分析並修正軍校生選系的評估準則、要素與層級結構,共歸納出四項評估準則與 20 項評估要素,並以陸軍官校大一的軍校生為研究對象,實施層級分析法問卷調查,計算各準則及要素之相對權重與優先順序。研究結果發現,在「個人因素」準則中,最重要的是「興趣及動機」;在「人物影響」準則中,最重要的是「同儕或朋友」;在「學系特色」準則中,最重要的是「畢業門檻」;在「聲望評價」準則中,鏟重要的是「友善環境」。另外,透過單因子多變量變異數分析發現,不同人口變項對評估準則之問相對權重無顯著差異且具有一致性。然而,在評估要素中,男性學生較重視同袍情誼,女性則較聽從學長姐的建議,成績排名前段的學生較重視父母及親友給予的建議,排名中段者較重視同學意見,排名後段者較易受學長姐意見的影響。最後,針對上述結果進行討論並提出建議,供相關單位參考。 |
英文摘要 | When the system of Retardant Tracking is implemented in ROC Military, Naval and Air Force Academies, the following issues arc of particular importance: 1. How the cadets select the appropriate department. 2. How the departments enroll new students, and 4. How the decision-making roles decide the future of the school’s policy. In this study, Modified Delphi Method was used to establish criteria, sub-criteria and hierarchy according to expert questionnaire. Decision of department selection was found to be made according to four criteria. The four criteria could be further broken down into twenty sub-criteria. Then, a questionnaire survey of Analytic Hierarchy Process was administered to Military Academy freshman cadets in order to find out the priority and weighting of each criterion. The data analysis revealed that the key factors of department selection for Military Academy cadets were ‘interest and motivation, ”peers or friends,” ”graduation requirement” and “friendly environment.” In addition, male cadets were found to value “comradeship” the most, while female cadets were found to value the suggestions of their seniors the most. In terms of their academic performance, top performers value the suggestions of their parents and relatives the most, middle performers value the opinions of their classmates the most, and bottom performers value the opinions of their seniors the most. These findings should provide useful reference for policymakers. |
