中文摘要 | 近年來,台灣科技校院面臨招生短缺困境,開始積極招收中國大陸學生。本研究目的即在瞭解陸生來台後就學適應、學習滿意度與繼續就讀意願之概況和關係,以供相關招生與政策參考。基於此,本研究以 2012 年來台就讀科技校院的陸生為研究對象,經自行設計問卷調查與統計分析,歸結五點研究結果,一、來台就讀科技校院陸生在經濟、學業、人際等方面的就學適應呈現輕微不適狀況,且以經濟問題較為突出,其中,低社經學生面臨較多經濟問題,就讀北部科技校院的陸生則有較多的學業問題;二、陸生的學習滿意度屬於滿意稈度,繼續就讀科技校院的意願尚可,兩者都是男性高於女性;三、經濟問題對陸生學習滿意度與繼續就讀意願皆無顯著之影響;四、鼓勵陸生繼續就讀台灣科技校院以學業問題處理最為關鍵,人際問題次之;五、陸生就學適應對學習滿意度與繼續就讀意願的影響模式在性別、家庭社經、就讀學校位置等背景變項上皆無差異。最後,本研究依據發現結果提出相關建議,以供當局參考。 |
英文摘要 | In recent years, falling birth rates and school enrollments have prompted a number of vocational universities in Taiwan to open their doors to Mainland Chinese students. The main purpose of this paper is to examine the relationships among ability to adapt, learning satisfaction and interest in further study of Mainland Chinese students in Taiwanese vocational universities. This study uses a questionnaire and structural equation modeling (SEM) for the purpose of analysis. Based on the results of statistical analysis, this study reports the following five major findings: I. Among economic, academic and interpersonal problems, students with a low socioeconomic status feel more economic pressure while students who study in the northern areas have more academic problems. 2. Male students have higher learning satisfaction and interest in further study than female students. 3. Economic problems have no significant impact on students’ learning satisfaction and interest in further study. 4. Establishing sound counseling mechanisms for dealing with students’ academic problems is the most critical factor affecting students’ interest in further study. 5. Gender, socioeconomic status, and location of the university have no significant impact on students’ ability to adapt, learning satisfaction and intention to pursue further enrollment. |
