英文摘要 | The study was to understand the industrial vocational program implementation within comprehensive experimental high schools in Taiwan, the Republic of China; it also aimed to examine the students' learning satisfaction with the aforesaid programs. The thesis first presented the industrial vocational programs within comprehensive high schools based on the review of related literature. Then a questionnaire was designed on the students' learning satisfaction with the programs. The questionnaire survey was applied to all the students who participated in the programs. 297 effective samples were obtained and analyzed, using statistic methods of frequency percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the following conclusions were achieved: (1) Students showed neutral satisfaction with the industrial vocational grograms. (2) The students satisfied with "the relationship among classmates" formed the largest group; the students dissatisfied with "the learning environment" were of the largest number. (3) The teachers of the industrial vocational programs were sufficiently and professionally capable of teaching and convincing students. (4) The students enjoyed good relationships with their classmates. (5) The students in private schools were more satisfied than those in public ones. (6) The students participating in the programs of electrical freezing techniques showed highest learning satisfaction. (7) The students admitted through independent entrance exams were the most satisfied. (8) The schools implementing interest or aptitude tests helped raise students' learning satisfaction. (9) The students joining the industrial vocational programs out of their own interest showed greatest learning satisfaction. (10) The students with good academic performances showed greatest satisfaction with "the relationship among classmates"; the students with fair academic performances showed greatest satisfaction with the other four factors. (11) The students whose parents had an educational background of elementary school scored highest in their learning satisfaction with "the arrangement of programs," "the content of teaching materials," and "the teaching of teachers". |
