中文摘要 | 本研究主要目是瞭解教師之生活品質概況及不同背景變項在生活品質的差異情形,並分析整體生活評價與健康滿意對生活品質的差異情形及不同背景變項對生活品質的相關與預測情形。採橫斷式進行問卷調查,以48位惠明盲校教職員為有效樣本。研究結果顯示惠明盲校教職員的生活品質整體與各範疇現況,屬於中等以上程度。變項之「教育程度」與「生活品質整體」、「社會關係」和「環境互動」達顯著差異;「職務」與「環境互動」達顯著差異;「部門」與「生活品質整體」、「社會關係」和「環境互動」達顯著差異。教職員的「整體生活品質評價」與「生理健康」、「心理狀態」、「社會關係」、「環境互動」、「生活品質整體」,達顯著差異;教職員的「整體滿意自己的健康」與「生理健康」、「環境互動」與「生活品質整體」達顯著差異。變項之「教育程度」與「社會關係」、「環境互動」及「生活品質整體」;「職務」與「環境互動」;「部門」與「環境互動」、「生活品質整體」,達顯著相關。「部門」分別對「生活品質整體」、「環境互動」及「健康相關生活品質滿意程度」有顯著預測力;「教育程度」與「性別」對「社會關係」有顯著預測力。希望本研究結果可提供給特殊教育學校的教職員,做為生活品質之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The study aimed to discover teachers' quality of life and the differences within different background variables in quality of life, as well as analyze the differences made on quality of life by overall life evaluation and health satisfaction, and also the correlation and prediction to quality of life from the background variables. The questionnaire was done by cross-section study and the valid samples were 48 teachers from. The study showed that the current situation for the overall and respective domains of quality of life is of medium-high level. The variables of education level and overall quality of life were significantly different, also social relations and environmental interaction; occupation and environmental interaction were significantly different; sector and overall quality of life, social relation and environmental interaction were respectively significantly different. Teachers' overall evaluation on quality of life was significantly different with physical health, mental state, social relation, environmental interaction, and overall quality of life. Teachers' overall health satisfaction and physical health, environmental interaction and overall quality of life were respectively significantly different. The variables of education level and social relation, environmental interaction and overall quality of life, occupation and environmental interaction, sector and environmental interaction and overall quality of life were respectively significantly different. Sector had respective significant prediction on overall quality of life, environmental interaction, and health-related quality of life satisfaction; education level and sex had significant prediction on social relation. The results of the study hoped to provide life quality reference to teachers and faculty of special education. |
