中文摘要 | 在臺灣,精神疾病的診斷大都依賴美國精神醫學協會心理異常診斷與統計手冊Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders(簡稱DSM)。DSM為美國精神醫學會對精神疾患的診斷分類系統,2013年,美國精神醫學會正式出版第五版(DSM-5),DSM-5乃基於DSM-IV的骨架下作修改。本文首先簡介DSM-5和DSM-IV中憂鬱症、雙極性情感疾患(Bipolar disorder,即「躁鬱症」)及思覺失調症(過去稱為「精神分裂」)的改變,再佐以三名筆者曾經直接提供諮詢的大學階段情緒障礙學生的輔導歷程。文末,筆者針對三名個案的家庭支持面向進行解析,期能協助越來越多進入大學就讀的身心障礙學生家長明白如何協助自己的孩子適應大學的學習生活。最後,筆者也提到情緒障礙學生手足的心酸。 |
英文摘要 | The diagnosis of emotional behavioral disorders majorly is based on the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM). In 2013, DSM-5 was published based upon the frame of DSM-IV. This paper first introduced the major changes between DSM- 5 and DSM- IV in terms of depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. Then the author descried three clients at the university level that she has provided direct or indirect consultations and further discussed the family supports of these three clients to help those families who are sending their children with special needs to enter the universities. At the end, the author also emphasized the bitter suffering of one of her clients to provoke her needs of being understood and helped. |
