中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討非傳統大學生的生涯輔導需求。經叢集取樣方式抽取360位國小在職進修教師在調查問卷上的反應加以分析。 本研究結果發現:(1)國小在職進修教師對於生涯輔導有中上程度的需求;(2)不論性別、年齡、工作年資與職業等不同背景變項之國小在職進修教師,其生涯輔導需求的整體層面均達顯著差異;(3)性別、年齡、工作年資與職業等背景變項無法有效預測國小在職進修教師的生涯輔道需求。基於文獻探討與研究結果,本研究進一步提出相關建議。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study is to explore the needs of career guidance for in-service elementary school teachers. The data were collected from 360 in-service elementary school teachers. After analysing "the needs of career guidance for elementary school teachers' scale score", the conclusions were indicated as following: (1)the needs of career guidance for elementary school teachers wer above moderate level. (2)the needs of career guidance for elementary school teachers were signigicant differences on diverse dimension (i.e., gender, age, work years and occupation). (3)demographic varibles were not predictors in predicating different dimensions of career guidance needs. Finally, the applications of adult career guidance/counseling and further studies were also discussed and suggested. |
