中文摘要 | 本研究的主要特色為:1)玻璃基材上先鍍製設計的抗反射膜層,提高整體薄膜的穿透率、2)製程中混合二氧化鈦及二氧化矽,一步驟塗佈製備超親水薄膜,可縮短製程時間外,成膜後的水接觸角比單純只有二氧化鈦薄膜的水接觸角小,二氧化矽的添加可以提升薄膜親水效果的持久性。超親水複合薄膜在可見光的穿透率為94%、水滴接觸角3.21°、硬度≧3H、附著性在百格測試剝落檢測<5%、施壓500g砝碼的鋼絲絨下可耐磨50次,85℃,200小時、85℃及85% RH,100小時以及冷熱交替衝擊等環境測試下無膜裂及脫膜現象。此超親水複合薄膜材料技術,可應用於車用攝影鏡頭等光學元件。可以因應市場上低單價的產品需求,使真空鍍膜設備可以致力於高品質、高成本產品的生產,使生產成本可以有效控管。 |
英文摘要 | The competition features of this study are that the designed anti-reflective layer deposited on substrate to increase the average transmittance in the visible wavelength. A superhydrophilic thin film that is composed of TiO_2 nanoparticles and tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) was synthesized, by depositing TiO_2+SiO_2 on an anti-reflective layer. The process time is shorted. Water contact angle is smaller than TiO_2 thin film, and can improve the durability of the hydrophilic effect. The average transmittance of superhydrophilic thin film was 94%. Irradiation by UV light (4h) reduced the WCA of the superhydrophilic to less than 10°. The hardness of the superhydrophilic thin film was obtained (≥3H) by performing the pencil hardness test. According to the ISO 2409 standard, the adhesion of a superhydrophilic thin film on a SiO_2-coated glass causes it to be given a quality rank of 1. The superhydrophilic property was be maintained after the thin film was treated by pressing steel wool under a 500g weight and moving it parallel to the substrate, back and forth on it more than 50 times. The phenomenon of film cracking and stripping was not observed under 85℃ (200h) or 85℃ and 85%RH (100h). The study for developing low-cost superhydrophilic thin film, can be applied to the optical element such as vehicles lenses. This technology development can be on the market due to the low unit price of the lens product demand. Hence, the vacuum coating equipment can be focused on highquality, high-cost production, and production costs can be effectively controlled. |
