| 英文摘要 | Life cycle cost analysis is a management tool to help companies minimize waste and maximize energy usage efficiency. During the investment evaluation, in addition to the initial investment cost, the total life cycle cost is increasingly applied in all sectors of the community. Over the course of many years, pump manufacturers have improved the performance of pumps to function as a high efficiency machine by advanced manufacturing technology and pump design. Pumps are just one component as part of a pumping system and purchased individually. But the total operation cost and energy usage are influenced by interdependent factors, including system design, equipment installation and arrangements, system operations and equipment maintenance. Herein we introduce the life cycle cost analysis on pumping system and further discuss how to adopt operating control system to improve pumping system to achieve energy saving and lower the life cycle cost. |
