| 中文摘要 | 心理學家Freudenberg在1974年首度提出工作倦怠的概念,用來描述在助人的專業中嚴重壓力及崇高理想的後果。有別於工作壓力、疲倦、疏離感與憂鬱,工作倦怠是因為在時間、情緒或同情心上不成比例的付出,加上負面的結果以及充滿壓力的工作狀態下,出現情緒耗竭、去人格化、以及個人成就感降低,身心俱疲而無法繼續工作的狀態。工作倦怠者除了身心健康及工作表現出現明顯變化,研究顯示工作倦怠對於病人感染率、病人滿意度及護理人員離職率也有著密切的關係。本文將介紹工作倦怠的定義、測量方法、臨床表徵,分析護理人員工作倦怠的相關因素並提出具體因應策略,最後討論測量工具上的限制並比較腫瘤護理人員與其他族群工作倦怠的程度,期待透過本文能增進腫瘤護理人員及醫療機構對工作倦怠的認識,作為進一步研究與因應工作倦怠問題的策略參考。 |
| 英文摘要 | Psychologist Freudenberg introduced the concept of burnout for the first time in 1974, describing the consequences of having great stress and lofty ideals among helping professionals. Different from stress, fatigue, alienation, and depression, burnout is formed under negative results and stressful working conditions. These are due to disproportionate investment of time, emotion or compassion, coupled with emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishment which make the workers incapable of continuing their work. Aside from the impact on personal health and work performance, studies also indicated that burnout is connected to patient infection rate, patient satisfaction, and nursing staff turnover rate. This article introduces the definition, measurement methods, and clinical manifestations of burnout, as well as analyzes relative factors of burnout among oncology nurses, while proposing concrete coping strategies. We also discuss the limitations of measurement and the differences in burnout rate among different populations. We can look forward to promoting the knowledge and management of burnout for oncology nurses and the medical institutions as a reference of further study and strategy development. |
