中文摘要 | 國際籃球總會在2010 年修改了部分籃球規則,其中三分線的距離從6.25 公 尺修正為6.75 公尺。本研究主要針對1 位大專優秀籃球選手在新舊三分線投籃 時,投籃手側各關節角度與加速度之差異,希望研究結果可作為選手日後在訓練 時的調整及教練教學的參考依據。本次研究使用高速攝影機 (60Hz) 進行拍攝, 透過 Kwon 3D 動作擷取軟體進行動作分析,再使用 SPSS 統計軟體對數據進行敘 述性統計與獨立樣本 t 檢定。結果發現在新舊三分線投籃時,起跳期投籃手側踝 關節的角度有顯著差異,其餘下蹲期與出手期各關節皆無顯著差異;下蹲期投籃 手側肩、髖及膝關節加速度有顯著差異,其餘起跳期與出手期各關節加速度無顯 著差異。根據本研究可建議選手日後在訓練或者教練在教學時,可以照本次研究 的數據進行重點的調整。未來研究者可以試著以不同的投籃位置,來觀察在新舊 三分線投籃時是否會有顯著差異。 |
英文摘要 | In 2010, FIBA changed some of the basketball rules. For example, the distance from the three-point line to the basket has extended from 6.25 meter to 6.75 meter. This study focused on the difference in the angle and angular acceleration of the elbow joint while shooting for an outstanding college basketball player, and we hope our results can be a useful reference for future coaching and training. In this study, we used a high-speed camera (60Hz) to take photographs during a shot, and then Kwon 3D software was used to analyze the motions. Then, SPSS was used for statistical analysis of the results. We found that the difference in the distance significantly affects the angle of the ankle joints while jumping but made no difference on other joints. Moreover, we observed that the distance also made a large difference in the angular acceleration of the shoulder, hip, and knee joints during falling (after the shot), while it only made little effects on other joints. Those points can be indicative to the future training and coaching. For further study, we recommend that it should be focus on the motions of shooting from other spots. |
