中文摘要 | 在中小型傳統產業積極投入企業成本建置與導入各項資訊系統進行企業e化以求提高企業競爭力,在軟硬體建置之外,亦需考量員工人力素質是否足以負荷改變所帶來的影響,故企業可藉由數位學習的方式進行員工教育訓練以提高人力素質,隨著資訊系統的導入能更快利用系統並投入工作中。 經本研究實證,數位學習運用於教育訓練時,確實可提高員工工作效率,同時員工接受教育訓練之學習滿意度更是提高工作效率之關鍵,而研究中亦發現當數位學習系統能令學習者在使用上感到輕鬆簡單,且課程內容合適學習者時,對於學習滿意度亦有顯著提升。 |
英文摘要 | There is a concern of cost input and management information systems establishment, which enable organization to increase business competitive. Beside software and hardware establishment, it also takes employee quality into consideration, whether they are able to bear the influence of changes. Thus, enterprise may improve the staff quality through employee education training, such as e-learning along with inducting the information system; the staff can exercise their works via this system quickly. This research revealed that it indeed increases work efficiency if employee educational training via e-learning; meanwhile, the learning satisfaction with the acceptance of employee education training is a key of enhancing work efficiency. Moreover, it discovered that e-learning can make learners feel easy to use and if the content is suitable to learners, the learning satisfaction will increase significantly. |
