中文摘要 | 本研究利用多相流技術模擬燃料電池中流體通道之流場特性。在質子交換膜燃料電池中,由於氫離子穿過質子交換膜到達陰極觸媒層與氧氣結合產生水,所以在陰極流道內會有氧氣與水的多相傳輸現象。此多相傳輸現象不但會阻礙氧氣進入擴散層,而產生的水可能阻塞陰極流道,均會降低燃料電池的發電效能。為了瞭解燃料電池中陰極通道的多相流傳輸方式,乃利用多相流之數值模式,計算水膜在陰極通道內的流場變化,並進一步探討在陰極通道的不同表面結構對多相流場的影響。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study is to apply the multiphase flow technology to simulate the transport phenomena of flow channel in proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFC). Water is produced by mixing hydro-iron and oxide-ion in the reaction side of catalyst layer of cathode in PEMFC. This is a multiphase flow field including fuel gas and water in oxidant channel. The transport phenomena of multiphase flow field in oxidant channel can influence the performance of the fuel cell. The multiphase flow model is applied to simulate the flow field of oxidant channel. The characteristics of multiphase flow field in oxidant channel are presented with the variant parameter. Furthermore, multiphase flow simulation on the different surface Structure effect are obtained from these computational results. |
