中文摘要 | 「為民服務」這項基本概念是各行政機關應盡之基本工作,徹底落實此一工作,絕非只靠一個概念就能夠順利推行的,而是每個公務人員的自發性以及機關內部的組織文化等因素。本研究主要從文獻之探討,歸納服務品質及為民服務考核相關理論為分析架構,並對桃園縣政府農業發展處做為研究之機關,對其員工、洽公民眾以及相關學者作深度訪談法,對於農業發展處辦理為民服務考核之相關作為及滿意度作分析,以了解對於各受訪者對行政機關為民服務考核機制、提升服務品質上之具體作法以及為民服務考核項目相關內涵等三方面是否符合顧客之需求,進而建議行政機關建立符合民眾需求、提升服務品質之具體作法。 |
英文摘要 | ''Serve for people” is the basic and daily work of administration offices. It is achieved by government employees' work spontaneity in certain organization culture. This study is based on the analysis of literature review in service quality and service evaluation theories. The participants of in-depth interviews are the service providers (government employees) and receivers (local people) at Agriculture Development Department of Taoyuan County Government along with the scholars in the filed. The study analyzes people's degree of satisfaction towards the service provided by the department in order to explore whether service quality and service evaluation of administration offices meet clients' demand. The magnification of the study is to suggest ways to improve service quality. |
