中文摘要 | 本研究旨在調配六種複合型阻燃藥劑,首先以雙氰胺-磷酸(FR-D)為基本藥劑為組合配方進行反應,之後再分別與氨基磺酸銨(FR-A)、硼酸(FR-B)、硼砂(FR-C)、磷酸氫二銨(FR-E)、硫酸銨(FR-F)等,並應用於三種國產針葉樹造林木-臺灣杉、杉木及柳杉試材含浸處理後,藉由氧氣指數試驗法評估各處理材之抑焰效應,以尋求較佳之阻燃藥劑配方。三種針葉樹造林木未處理材之氧氣指數值介於20~22,且相互間無顯著差異,而藥劑處理材氧氣指數值則介於34.7~65.0,較之未處理材氧氣指數改善率(IP)約可提升70~209%。各藥劑處理之臺灣杉、柳杉及杉木抑焰效應(EFI)分別為0.96-1.87 % (kg/m^3)^(-1),1.20-1.84 %(kg/m^3)^(-1)及1.13-1.80 %(kg/m^3)^(-1)。六種複合型藥劑之抑焰效應以FR-A(雙氰胺、磷酸、氨基磺酸銨、助劑)者最佳,FR-F(雙氰胺、磷酸、硫酸銨、助劑)者最差,其餘藥劑抑焰效應差異不顯著。藥劑濃度與試材抑焰效應兩者間呈一次顯著迴歸正相關。亦即,試材抑焰效應值隨著藥劑濃度增加而增加趨勢。三樹種試材經六種複合型藥劑處理後,均可大幅提升其阻燃效果,但阻燃效果差異不顯著。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to prepare six kinds of compound fire retardant(Dicyandiamide-phosphoric acid, Dicyandiamide-phosphoric acid- Ammonium sulfamate, Dicyandiamide-phosphoric acid-boric acid, Dicyandiamide-phosphoric acid- borax, Dicyandiamide-phosphoric acid -diammonium phosphate,dibasic, Dicyandiamide-phosphoric acid-ammonium sulfate) and applied to the three kinds of domestic softwoods plantation wood, such as Taiwania, Japanese cedar and China fir impregnation treatment. By using oxygen index test method to estimate the treated wood of the efficiency of flame inhibition(EFI), to seek a better fire retardant formulations. The three oxygen index value kinds of softwoods plantation wood raw material ranged from20 to 22 were equivalent, and no significant differences between each other. All the fire retardant treated woods of the oxygen index values are from 34.7 to 65.0 and could be improved to approximately 70 to 209% for comparing with untreated woods. The EFI treated woods was 0.96-1.87 % (kg/m^3)^(-1) for Taiwania,1.20-1.84 %(kg/m^3)^(-1) for Japanese cedar, and 1.13-1.80 % (kg/m^3)^(-1) for China fir. The EFI of six composite chemicals showed that the FR-A(Dicyandiamide, phosphoric acid, ammonium sulfamate, and additives)was the best, and FR-F(Dicyandiamide, phosphoric acid,ammonium sulfate, and additives) was the worst, but the other four types chemicals were no significant difference. There are positive correlation for the relationship between chemical concentrations and EFI. Namely, the EFI of specimens increased with increasing the chemical concentration. Three kinds of wood specimens treated by the six chemicals could significantly improve their fire-retardant effect, but among of specimens were no significant difference. |
