中文摘要 | 目前技專院校多建構數位教學平台提供數位化教學內容,技職學生可在豐富且無時空限制的教學與學習環境中學習。因此本研究探討北部技專院校學生使用數位教學平台之環境因素、個人因素對滿意度、忠誠度之關係。為達研究目的,本研究以北區教學資源中心23所夥伴學校為母群體,隨機抽取4所學校,共263位學生為研究樣本。使用的研究工具有技專院校學生使用數位教學平台環境知覺量表、自我效能量表、態度量表、滿意度量表、忠誠度量表等五種,並利用結構方程模式進行資料分析。研究結果顯示:(一)北部技專院校學生數位教學平台環境知覺能正向影響自我效能、態度、滿意度、忠誠度;(二)北部技專院校學生自我效能可以正向影響態度、滿意度;(三)北部技專院校學生態度能正向影響滿意度;(四)北部技專院校學生滿意度能正向影響忠誠度。 |
英文摘要 | Technical colleges is an important cradle of cultivating industries professionals. At present, technical colleges use digital teaching platforms to provide students with digital teaching content, which can allow technological and vocational students to learn in an environment with no space or time constraints. This study analyzed the relationships among environmental factors, personal factors, satisfaction and loyalty at technological and vocational schools in the northern region of Taiwan. Using stratified convenience sampling, this study selected 263 students from northern Taiwan as the research subjects. An environmental consciousness scale, self efficacy scale, attitude scale, satisfaction scale, and loyalty scale were administered to the subjects, and structure equation modeling were used to analyze the results. The results showed that: (a) consciousness of the environment can significantly predict self-efficacy, attitude, satisfaction and loyalty; (b) self-efficacy can significantly predict attitude and satisfaction; (c) attitude can significantly predict satisfaction and (d) satisfaction can significantly predict loyalty. Based on the findings of this study, discussion and suggestions were made for technological and vocational teachers and for future research. |
