中文摘要 | 本研究將醋酸乙烯(Vinyl acetate; VAc)與四乙基矽氧烷(Tetraethoxysilane; TEOS)單體以同步聚合法製備聚醋酸乙烯/矽氧(PVAc/Silica)混成樹脂乳液,探討無機矽氧網狀結構對PVAc樹脂薄膜性質及膠合性能之影響。由試驗結果得知,在VAc/TEOS之重量比100/10及100/30之條件下可得均質之混成樹脂乳液,然其樹脂乳液之黏度隨儲存時間延長而提高。PVAc/矽氧混成樹脂薄膜之耐水性優於PVAc樹脂,浸水之膨潤係數降低,重量保留率則提高。DSC(Differential scanning calorimetry)及TGA(Thermogravimetric analysis)熱分析顯示PVAc/矽氧混成樹脂可提高PVAc樹脂之耐熱性,其PVAc之乙醯基及主鏈斷裂之溫度有向高溫偏移之現象。以PVAc/Silica混成樹脂溶液為膠合劑可改善PVAc樹脂之耐水膠合強度。 |
英文摘要 | The polyvinyl acetate/silica hybrid emulsion resins were prepared by a simultaneous polymerization with the mixture of vinyl acetate (VAc) and tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) monomers. The effect of inorganic silica networks on the properties of PVAc films and the performances of adhesion were also investigated. The experimental results showed that the homogeneous emulsion resins could be prepared with the weight ratio of VAc to TEOS at 100/10 and 100/30. However, the viscosity of resins prepared would constantly increase during storage. PVAc/silica hybrid films had better water-resistance than that of PVAc films. They had lower swelling coefficient and higher weight retention after water soaking. Thermal analysis of DSC (Differential scanning calorimetry) and TGA (Thermogravimetric analysis) showed that the heat-resistance of PVAc films could be improved by modified as PVAc/silica hybrids. Both of the breaking temperatures of acetyl group and main-chain shifted to higher temperature. Using PVAc/silica hybrid emulsion resins as an adhesive could improve the wet bonding strength of PVAc emulsion resin. |
