中文摘要 | 本研究改良金屬雙極板表面,並應用於質子交換膜燃料電池系統實測。為印證改良型金屬雙極板效能,進行接觸角、腐蝕阻抗、成份組成及單電池性能測試。因鎳磷/鐵氟龍鍍層具較低之表面能(接觸角由50°提昇至103°),使其具較優之水管理能力,因此鎳磷/鐵氟龍雙極板鍍層能在長時效測試實驗中維持較優之效能。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigates the topic on the improvement of metallic bipolar plate in proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) systems. The study conducts a series of experiments on the effects of metallic bipolar plate. The coated bipolar plate is evaluated based on the contact angle, corrosion resistance, coating composition and single-cell performance. Because the Ni-P-PTFE coating layer has an extremely low surface energy, the coated bipolar plate has an active water-management ability. The hydrophobic property increases the contact angle on the surface from 50° to 103°. Hence, the substrate with a Ni-P-PTFE coating retains its superior performance after a long-term test. |
