中文摘要 | 企業在對顧客補貨配送中多以傳統補貨方式進行補貨,而很多時候產能會短缺,以至於無法顧客所要的需求,因此企業在配送規劃上必須有所取捨。 為了讓顧客能在需求高於產能上時,企業仍能維持一定的配送水準。本研究訂定了在不考慮產能是否充足情況下,訂單達交率須達到百分之五十以上策略。並以此策略來與傳統的補貨策略作比較,從中來分析與比較兩者策略的優缺點。 本研究針對企業之配送規劃以 VMI策略作為主體,對三類型的顧客進行損耗性商品之補貨,以產能充足情形與產能不足情況下對三類顧客各期進行補貨數量規劃,以 LINGO軟體撰寫程式,搭酓 EXCEL作為輸入、出之介面,進行最佳化之求解,從中找出利於企業利益最大化建立其模型。最後將套用情境與數據進行模擬,再將數據進行比較,得出的結果發現不考慮產能是否充足情況下,訂單達交率須達到百分之五十以上策略可以在需求過於產能情況下維持一定的配送水準,避免顧客群的流失。 對於現今企業在供應鏈上所需要長期合作的顧客而言,信用是雙方的合作基礎,如果在顧客需求穩定度上時常出現嚴重短缺甚至無法給予產品,那對企業而言這將會是莫大的損失。 |
英文摘要 | Many companies concentrate on the issues of supply chain management due to the trends of global logistics. The Bullwhip effect in supply chain results in higher inventory levels and higher cost. The information sharing and lower lead times can reduce the Bullwhip effect. Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) can transfer the decision of inventory control to the vendor based on the information sharing. Therefore, VMI has been implemented by several famous firms. In which, the deteriorating items characterized as short life cycle and losing its value over time are investigated by many managers recently to improve supply chain performances. This research proposes the planning model to illustrate how to perform the VMI inventory strategy and order fulfillment rate policy under revenue management theory to achieve lower inventory levels and higher profits in supply chain. |
