中文摘要 | 由於警察工作責任繁重,具有高度辛勞與危險性,同時又因為警察的執法角色,往往與民眾的利益相衝突,故常缺少社會支援,造成警察在工作上重大壓力。本研究藉由文獻分析歸納國內外既有工作壓力相關個案,再以問卷調查方式探討基層警察所面臨工作壓力類型及工作壓力因應策略選擇。本研究針對基層員警進行問卷發放,施測時間為2012年2月1日至2月20日,共回收有效問卷439份,有效回收率為96.5%。研究結果發現,工作壓力主要來自工作制度及長官期待壓力,升遷模式可能因為上級長官更換造成用人標準改變;此外也發現中級管理階層及基層員警所呈現出工作壓力最大。最後,本研究發現警察局各分駐、派出所因應工作壓力策略方式主要以內部支援為主,並不會選擇以負面方式面對壓力,而是尋找各種實際資源來幫助解決壓力源。 |
英文摘要 | Because of the heavy duty of police officers, tired and dangerous work characters, and the role of law protectors, the lack of social support from people cause huge working pressure. The study summarized work stress-related cases in the literature, in further to explore the type of working pressure and coping strategies by questionnaire analysis. In this study, a questionnaire survey for the police officers from February 1 to February 20 in 2012. And total of 439 valid questionnaires, the effective rate was 96.5%. The results are as below: the mainly reasons of working pressures are from work structure and executive expect, promotion model changed because of superiors replacement and cause changes in employment standards; besides, the study found that middle managers and basic police officers showing maximum working pressure. Finally, the study found that the police in the sub-police station in response to pressure tactics work mainly in the way of internal support based, and does not choose to face the pressure of a negative way, but to find a variety of practical resources to help solve the pressure source. |
